Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancelling, you have another 30 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our online shop must be covered by you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs
(except the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, most cost-effective delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

The product will not be accepted for return if at least one of the components is missing.

These return conditions apply to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and France.

Original packaging:
The product must be returned in its original packaging (box), together with all accessories and instructions.
Condition of the product:
The product may also be returned opened, used or damaged, as far as is permissible under the right of withdrawal. In some cases, compensation for loss of value may be required.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You may use the shipping service of your choice to return the product.
Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, provided that all return conditions are met.
Warranty:
The warranty period varies depending on the product and ranges from 2 to 5 years. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material fault (and not through customer misuse), you are entitled to:
A replacement product, or
A free repair of the product.
The decision between repair or replacement depends on the type of defect and the availability of the product.

Es ist möglich, dass Ihre Your order may have experienced delays with one of the delivery services. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends; they are processed on Monday. If your parcel has not arrived after 2–3 days, please first check your mailbox for a delivery notification. If no notice was left, please contact us at sales2@c-lp.eu.
It is possible that you receive parcels on public holidays. This depends on the logistics company (UPS, GLS or DPD). If they do not operate on those days, your parcel will probably be delivered one day later. If you are unsure, please send us an email at sales2@c-lp.eu and we will check this for you.
No problem! You can adjust the delivery date as soon as you receive the SMS/email with the tracking code. If you saw it too late and the courier has already attempted delivery, please check your mailbox for a notification with further instructions.
