With a 30×90° asymmetric beam, a Sosen driver and a 5-year warranty, it is built for demanding industrial environments where reliable, high-output lighting is non-negotiable.

Why choose the LED Linear High Bay 200W

At 160 lm/W, this linear high bay produces more usable light per watt than most comparable fittings on the market, without the premium price of a branded alternative. The 30×90° beam pattern is specifically suited to long, narrow aisles and racking systems, concentrating light where it is needed rather than scattering it towards walls. Paired with a proven Sosen driver and a 5-year warranty, this is a straightforward, low-risk upgrade for any industrial facility.

Efficiency: 160 lm/W means you get 32,000 lm from 200W, cutting energy consumption by roughly half compared to a 400W metal halide equivalent.

Light distribution: The 30×90° beam angle is optimised for racking aisles and conveyor lines, delivering uniform illumination along the length of a bay without excessive spill.

Build quality: The aluminium housing dissipates heat effectively, protecting the LEDs and contributing to a long, stable service life in industrial conditions.

Driver and warranty: The Sosen driver is a recognised industrial-grade component, and the 5-year warranty covers the complete fitting, giving facility managers a clear maintenance horizon.

Where to use it

This 200W linear high bay is well suited to mounting heights between 6 and 12 metres in warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing halls and cold stores. At 8 metres, a typical grid spacing of 5–6 metres between fittings achieves 300–500 lux on the working plane, meeting EN 12464-1 requirements for general industrial tasks and order-picking aisles.

What the specifications mean in practice

160 lm/W: Every watt of electricity produces 160 lumens of light output, so the fitting runs significantly cooler and draws far less current than older discharge lamp alternatives.

32,000 lm: This total flux output is equivalent to a 400W metal halide fitting, allowing a direct one-for-one replacement in most existing layouts.

30×90° beam angle: The narrow 30° axis concentrates light vertically into aisles, while the 90° axis spreads it evenly along the bay length, reducing dark spots between fittings.

5000K: A cool daylight colour temperature that enhances contrast and alertness in working environments, and makes it easier to read labels, distinguish product colours and spot defects on a production line.

Ra>80: Colours appear natural and accurate under this fitting, which is sufficient for general industrial and logistics use and meets standard workplace lighting norms.

Installation and compatibility

The fitting supports through-wiring via 3×2.5mm² cable, allowing multiple units to be daisy-chained on a single circuit and simplifying installation in long rows.
