Absolutely not! These luminaires are often returned because the wrong light colour was chosen or because we accidentally shipped the wrong model. There are also older collections that are unused but no longer part of our current product range.

It can also happen that we ordered too many luminaires for a project, or that incorrectly selected fixtures were tested on-site and then repackaged.

For each outlet item, we clearly indicate what has happened with it. If a luminaire turns out to be defective after delivery, the same warranty conditions apply as for new products.
