With a 30×90° asymmetric beam, a Sosen driver and a 5-year warranty, it is built for continuous operation at mounting heights from 6 to 12 metres.

Why choose the LED Linear High Bay 200W

Where conventional discharge lighting struggles with long warm-up times, high energy draw and frequent relamping, this 200W linear high bay offers instant full output and a significantly lower running load. The asymmetric 30×90° beam distributes light along aisles and racking rows without wasting lumens on walls, while the Sosen driver ensures stable, flicker-free performance across years of daily use.

Efficiency: At 160 lm/W, this fitting produces 32,000 lm from 200W — roughly half the energy draw of the metal halide fittings it replaces.

Light distribution: The 30×90° beam angle is optimised for linear aisles and high-rack storage, concentrating light where work actually happens rather than scattering it sideways.

Build quality: The aluminium housing dissipates heat effectively, protecting the LEDs and driver and supporting the rated lifespan under continuous industrial use.

Driver and warranty: The Sosen driver is a proven industrial-grade component, and the 5-year warranty covers the complete fitting — driver included.

Where to use it

This 200W linear high bay is well suited to warehouses and distribution centres with mounting heights between 6 and 12 metres, production halls, cold stores, logistics hubs and large retail stockrooms. At 8 metres mounting height, a grid of these fittings typically achieves 300–500 lux across standard aisle widths — sufficient for order picking, forklift traffic and general industrial tasks.

What the specifications mean in practice

160 lm/W: For every watt consumed, the fitting produces 160 lumens — meaning you need fewer fittings to reach your target lux level compared with lower-efficacy alternatives.

30×90° beam angle: The narrow 30° axis keeps light from spilling into adjacent aisles, while the 90° axis spreads it evenly along the aisle length, reducing the number of fittings required per row.

4000K: Neutral white light renders colours accurately and keeps the working environment alert and clear without the harshness of cool white, making it appropriate for both picking tasks and general inspection work.

Ra>80: Colours and labels are rendered faithfully enough for accurate product identification, safety signage and quality control under the fitting.

Through-wiring 3×2.5mm²: Fittings can be daisy-chained in a single cable run, reducing installation time and conduit material in long warehouse bays.

Installation and compatibility

The fitting suspends via a hook or cable (mounting hardware included) and connects to a standard 230V supply.
