Why choose the 120×30 Black LED Panel

At €39.55 including VAT, this panel undercuts comparable branded alternatives by a significant margin without compromising on driver quality or build. The black aluminium housing gives a contemporary look that suits modern interiors, while the Lifud driver, flicker-free operation and UGR<19 glare rating make it a practical choice for workplaces where people spend long hours under artificial light.

• Efficiency: At 140 lm/W, the panel draws 28W where a fluorescent equivalent consumed 72W, cutting lighting energy costs by more than 60%.
• Light quality: UGR<19 and flicker-free output reduce eye strain in offices, classrooms and retail environments where visual comfort matters.
• Build: The slim 35 mm aluminium body in black finish integrates cleanly into suspended ceilings or sits flush on a surface-mount frame.
• Driver and warranty: The included Lifud driver carries a 5-year warranty and is available in five control variants — standard, 0-10V, TRIAC, DALI, Philips, or with an emergency battery module.

Where to use it

The 120×30 format fits standard suspended ceiling grids and suits open-plan offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, retail display zones and school classrooms. At typical ceiling heights of 2.5–3.5 metres, one panel covers roughly 4–6 m² to a comfortable working-plane illuminance. The black housing is particularly well suited to design-led interiors, hospitality back-of-house areas and dark-ceiling retail concepts.

What the specifications mean in practice

• 140 lm/W: Every watt produces 140 lumens of useful light, so running costs are roughly half those of a standard LED panel and less than a third of the fluorescent fitting it replaces.
• UGR<19: Glare is kept below the threshold recommended for office and educational environments under EN 12464-1, meaning no uncomfortable reflections on screens or work surfaces.
• CCT switchable (3000K / 4000K / 6000K): One SKU covers warm white, neutral white and daylight, so you can match the ambience of the space or adjust after installation without ordering a different panel.
• IP41: Protected against solid objects larger than 1 mm and dripping water falling vertically, making the panel suitable for indoor use including areas with minor condensation risk.
• 50,000 hours: At eight hours of use per day, the panel runs for over 17 years before reaching rated end-of-life, keeping maintenance and replacement costs very low.

Installation and compatibility

The panel recesses directly into a standard 120×30 ceiling grid or mounts on a surface-mount frame (sold separately). Connect to 200–240V AC via the included Lifud driver. Choose your control variant at the time of ordering: standard on/off, 0-10V, TRIAC, DALI, Philips driver, or emergency lighting. Clightstore provides a free DIALux light study to confirm spacing and lux levels before you order.
