The housing is made from high-grade polycarbonate with integrated silicone sealing, certified to IP65. That means complete protection against dust ingress and water jets from any angle — you can hose it down during cleaning without worry. Unlike older fluorescent battens with metal reflectors that corrode and starter sockets that fail, this LED tri-proof has no moving parts, no glass to break, and no ballast to hum or flicker.
