About Clightstore
A family business from Limburg, Belgium
Clightstore was started in 2013 by Robert Cuppens and is now run together with his son Nick. We import LED lighting directly from the factories we work with and sell it without wholesalers in between.
That keeps prices low without cutting corners on drivers, efficacy or warranty. From a single high bay to a full sports complex, you deal with the same people from quote to delivery.
Frequently asked questions
How fast is delivery?
Products in stock are delivered in 2–5 business days anywhere in the EU. Shipping is free from €100. Delivery times for special items such as ATEX fittings are shown on the product page.
Can I order as a business?
Yes. Enter your company name and EU VAT number at checkout and you receive a proper invoice for your business. One clear price for everyone, with volume pricing for larger projects.
What warranty do I get?
Most luminaires come with a 5-year warranty including the driver; a few budget models have 3 years. The warranty period is stated in the specifications of every product. Is a fitting faulty? Email us clear photos or a short video with your order number; once confirmed, we send a replacement free of charge, without you having to return the old one first.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unused products can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first and we will send you the return details.
Do you provide IES / LDT files and light studies?
Yes. Datasheets are on the product pages, and we send IES and LDT files on request. For projects we prepare a free DIALux lighting study.
Can I order larger quantities at a project price?
Yes. Use the quote form on any product page or our contact page and tell us the quantity. We reply with a project price.
