How fast is delivery?

Products in stock are delivered in 2–5 business days anywhere in the EU. Shipping is free from €100. Delivery times for special items such as ATEX fittings are shown on the product page.

Can I order as a business?

Yes. Enter your company name and EU VAT number at checkout and you receive a proper invoice for your business. One clear price for everyone, with volume pricing for larger projects.

What warranty do I get?

Most luminaires come with a 5-year warranty including the driver; a few budget models have 3 years. The warranty period is stated in the specifications of every product.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unused products can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first and we will send you the return details.

Do you provide IES / LDT files and light studies?

Yes. Datasheets are on the product pages, and we send IES and LDT files on request. For projects we prepare a free DIALux lighting study.

Can I order larger quantities at a project price?

Yes. Use the quote form on any product page or our contact page and tell us the quantity. We reply with a project price.
