Defect, wrong delivery or transport damage? Do not buy a label. Email sales@clightstore.com with your order number and photos; you receive a free return label within 1 working day.

Other return (unused, original packaging, within 30 days)? Buy a prepaid return label below. You receive it by email within 1 working day, print it, attach it to the parcel and hand it in at a parcel shop. After we receive and check the goods, we refund your original order within 14 days.

One label per parcel (max. 20 kg). Installed, wired or cut-to-length products and custom-made items cannot be returned. Prices include VAT.

Heavier than 20 kg or larger than 100 × 50 × 50 cm? Split the goods over several parcels and buy one label per parcel. Pallets and very large luminaires (e.g. sports field floodlights): email sales@clightstore.com and we arrange a collection at cost price.
