LED Floodlight 200W 28000lm 3000K IP66 Sosen Driver 90°

Why choose the 200W LED Floodlight

At €71.45, this floodlight offers professional-grade output and build quality without the premium of a branded alternative. The Sosen driver ensures stable, efficient power delivery across its 50,000-hour lifespan, while the die-cast aluminium housing handles everything from Belgian winters to summer heat. For installers and facility managers who need dependable performance at volume, this fitting makes a strong case on both cost and specification.

• Efficiency: At 140 lm/W, this fitting cuts energy consumption by up to 75% compared to the 800W sources it replaces, reducing electricity bills significantly over its lifespan.
• Light quality: A CRI of Ra>80 ensures colours and surfaces are rendered accurately, which matters for security cameras, sports play, and general site visibility.
• Build quality: The die-cast aluminium body with IP66 rating is fully protected against dust ingress and powerful water jets, making it suitable for exposed outdoor installations year-round.
• Driver and warranty: The Sosen driver delivers a power factor above 0.95 and operates reliably from -20°C to 55°C, backed by Clightstore's 5-year warranty for complete peace of mind.

Where to use it

This 200W floodlight is well suited to football pitches, tennis courts, and outdoor sports areas where warm, even illumination is preferred over a cooler tone. It also performs well in car parks, logistics yards, building perimeters, and construction sites. Mounted at 6 to 10 metres, the 90° beam angle concentrates light effectively across the target area without excessive spill onto neighbouring properties.

What the specifications mean in practice

• 140 lm/W: For every watt consumed, you get 140 lumens of usable light — meaning lower electricity costs and a faster return on investment compared to older discharge lamps.
• 28,000 lm: This output level replaces an 800W halogen or metal-halide fitting directly, with no compromise on illuminated area or brightness.
• IP66: Fully sealed against dust and resistant to heavy water jets, so the fitting can be installed in exposed outdoor locations without additional weatherproofing.
• 3000K: Warm white light creates a welcoming, less clinical atmosphere — well suited to sports clubs, hospitality venues, and façade lighting where a harsh cool tone would feel out of place.
• 50,000 hours: At eight hours of use per day, this fitting runs for over 17 years before reaching its rated end-of-life, keeping maintenance and replacement costs minimal.

Installation and compatibility

The fitting mounts via a standard adjustable bracket and connects to 200–240V AC mains. The Sosen driver is integrated within the housing. This variant is not dimmable. For projects requiring multiple units, Clightstore provides a free DIALux light study to confirm mounting heights, spacing, and lux levels before you order.
